What the first month looks like
MyTeam is new. This page says plainly what happens when you start, and where its limits are.
The timeline
Ten minutes, one week, one month
First 10 minutes
Set up and commit
- Sign in and name your workspace.
- Answer a few questions about your work.
- Switch on the sections you want.
- Make your first commitment.
- Connect mail and calendar, or skip it.
First week
The habit forms
- The first few days can feel like extra work.
- Early reads are thin until the record fills in.
- First drafts will not sound like you yet. Correct them.
First month
You know if it fits
- A weekly review after each full week, then a monthly one.
- You know which sections you use. Switch off the others.
- The trial ends and you pick a plan or stay on Free.

What it will and will not do
It will
- Ask you to commit to a few things each morning.
- Read what happened and tell you the truth each night.
- Give you weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews.
- Prepare drafts and research for your approval.
- Say plainly when it could not do something.
It will not
- Send anything you have not approved.
- Move money. Agents cannot pay, transfer or charge.
- Give medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice.
- Use your content to train AI, or let a provider do so.
- Be right every time. That is why you review its work.
The limits

Work that leaves no trace in MyTeam, or in mail and calendar you connect, is invisible to it.

No card is needed to start.

Pick a plan, or stay on Free
You keep your data either way. Free keeps the basics, with no AI.
- Billing
No charge unless you choose one
With no card on file, the trial cannot turn into a charge.
Leaving
Cancel, export or delete at any time
Cancel
Cancel a paid plan in settings, at any time.
Export
Download your data whenever you want.
Delete
Delete your workspace and its data. This is permanent, so export first.
