What it is
What is MyTeam?
A coach that holds you to your day and a team that does the work. The team is a chief of staff, a writer, a researcher, an analyst and experts you add.
How is it different from a personal AI agent?
Errand agents are built to run tasks for you. MyTeam is built to hold you to what you committed to and to prepare work you approve. How it compares.
Do I need to connect anything?
No. Connecting Google or Apple mail and calendar is optional, and so is an outside agent.
Do I have to use every section?
No. You switch on the sections you want and see only those. Every plan includes Basics: home, scratchpad, the list, today, time, calendar.

How they work
What does the coach read?
The time you logged, the meetings you held, the mail you sent and the work you closed, beside your morning commitment.
Is the coach a therapist, or a substitute for professional advice?
No. It is not therapy, and not medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice.
Will it send messages or move money without asking me?
No. Nothing is sent on your behalf until you approve it. Agents cannot move money at all.

Privacy and limits
Can the AI be wrong?
Yes. That is why everything it prepares waits for your review.
Do you use my data to train AI?
No. Nothing in your workspace trains a model, ours or anyone else's. The AI providers we use are set to not train on your requests: they go only to providers that do not store or train on them. We do not look inside your workspace in normal running; we access it only if you ask us to, for security, to restore a backup, or when the law requires it.
Where is my data, and who can use it?
Each customer has their own separate database, hosted by Hetzner in Germany. Your content is not used to train models, and you can export or delete it at any time. Privacy and security.
What can an outside agent do?
It picks up work your team planned and brings back drafts and findings for you to review. It never gets your passwords. Outside agents.
Who can use it, and is it finished?
People in the United States who are 18 or older. It is new and will keep changing. If something does not work as described, write to support@vivander.ai.

Cost and the trial
What does it cost?
Free is $0, Coach is $29, Team is $59, Business is $99, in US dollars per month. Pricing.
How does the trial work?
You get 14 days of Business with no card, including $5 of AI. At the end you pick a plan or stay on Free. You keep your data either way.
What is the AI allowance?
A dollar amount of AI use included each month: $5 on Coach, $12 on Team, $25 on Business. If it runs out, AI pauses until the monthly reset unless you buy a top-up ($10 of AI for $12). The basics keep working.
