Private to you, and under your control

MyTeam holds your commitments, your work, and your mail if you connect it. Here is how that is kept separate and what you control.

Not training data

Your data is never used to train AI

We do not use anything in your workspace to train a model, ours or anyone else's.
The AI providers we use are set to not train on your requests: they go only to providers that do not store or train on them. A request is sent only so your team can answer it.
Vivander Advisors does not look inside your workspace in normal running. We access it only if you ask us to, to investigate a security problem or abuse, to restore a backup, or when the law requires it, and where the law allows we tell you.
We do not sell your data, and other customers cannot see it.

Kept separate, and yours to take or remove

Your own database

Each customer has their own separate database, not tables shared with others.

Export at any time

Download your data whenever you want, or ask us by email. You do not need to give a reason.

Delete at any time

Delete your workspace and its data, or ask us to. It is removed straight away and from backups within about 30 days. This is permanent, so export first.

Your content is not used to train models, by us or by the providers we use.

Drafts only, until you approve

Nothing is sent on your behalf until you approve it.

Agents cannot move money

No agent can pay, transfer or charge anything.

Plain about failure

A teammate that could not do something says so.

Limits

What you should know

AI can be wrong. Review what it produces before you rely on it or send it.
No online service is completely secure. Be careful what you add and connect, and keep ID, bank and health records out of it.
Your data is hosted by Hetzner in Germany. Stripe, Google or Apple, OpenRouter and AgentMail each handle only what they need.
The coach and the agents are not medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice.
It is available in the United States, to people 18 or older.
